Book a Scoping Session Start a conversation / 01
Let’s talk
before you commit.
The right time to talk to Glenn-Walker is before the vendor conversation starts — before requirements are defined, before a platform is selected, before implementation begins. That’s where we’re most useful. What happens next / 02
A straightforward process from first contact to engagement start.
You reach out
Tell us what you’re working on: a platform evaluation, an AI initiative, or a modernization you’ve been putting off. No detail is too early or too rough.
Discovery call — 30 minutes
We schedule a no-obligation call. No pitch, no proposal. We ask questions, you ask questions, and we both decide whether it’s the right fit.
Engagement scoping
If there’s a fit, we define the scope, confirm the engagement type, and issue a straightforward statement of work.
Engagement begins
We start with a kickoff session, confirm access and scheduling, and agree on Week 1 deliverables before work begins.
Inquiry / 03
Tell us what you’re working on.
We respond to every inquiry within one business day.
Common questions / 04
Answers before the call.
01We’re not sure which engagement is right. Where do we start?
Start with a conversation. Tell us what’s prompting the inquiry, and we’ll tell you which engagement fits — and whether the timing is right. If none is the right fit, we’ll tell you that too.
02Do you work with companies outside North Carolina?
Yes. All Glenn-Walker Systems Consulting engagements are structured for remote delivery. For clients in the Charlotte area or the broader Southeast, in-person sessions are available on request.
03We already have a platform in mind. Is it too late?
Not necessarily, but the earlier the better. If you have a shortlist but haven’t committed, we can still build the requirements and evaluation framework that governs the final selection.
04What industries do you serve?
Glenn-Walker Systems Consulting is designed for professional services firms in the $5M–$30M revenue range, including accounting, legal, architecture, engineering, consulting, and financial advisory firms.
05How long does it take to get started?
Typically one to two weeks from first contact to engagement start. If you have a board meeting, evaluation deadline, or budget cycle approaching, mention it at the outset.
06Do you offer a free initial consultation?
Yes. The 30-minute discovery call is complimentary and carries no obligation. It is the right way to determine fit before anyone commits.
